Setting up your pharmacy information in Phox Hub is the first step to getting your pharmacy online and ready for patient bookings. This guide will walk you through each step of the process.

Setting Basic Information

Step 1: Access Pharmacy Settings

  1. Log in to your Phox Hub dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings in the main menu
  3. Select Pharmacy Information

Step 2: Enter Basic Details

Enter your official pharmacy name as registered

Example: Walmart Pharmacy #1234

Main contact number for patients

Example: (555) 123-4567

Complete street address including postal code

Example: 123 Main St, Toronto, ON M1A 1A1

Primary email for patient communications

Configuring Operating Hours

Setting Regular Hours

Phox Hub automatically syncs with Google Business hours if available, but you can customize them:

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Important: Changes to operating hours will affect all future appointments. Existing appointments remain unchanged.

Holiday Hours

Set special hours for holidays:

  1. Click Add Holiday Hours
  2. Select the date
  3. Choose "Closed" or set custom hours
  4. Add a note for patients (optional)

Adding a New Service

  1. Click Add Service

Managing Team Members

Adding Team Members

Each team member can have their own login and availability:

Pharmacist

  • Full access to patient records
  • Can manage appointments
  • Prescription authority

Pharmacy Technician

  • View patient records
  • Manage appointments
  • Limited prescription access

Administrative Staff

  • Appointment management
  • Basic patient information
  • No prescription access

Invitation Process

  1. Go to Team Management
  2. Click Invite Team Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Choose services they can provide
  6. Send invitation

Setting Availability

Individual Availability

Each team member can set their own availability within pharmacy hours:

Example: Dr. Smith (Pharmacist)

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Lunch Break
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Booking Rules

  • Minimum 2 hours advance notice for bookings
  • Maximum 20 appointments per day
  • 15-minute buffer between appointments
  • Block lunch hours automatically
